This really works I have been using Lignosus on and off for a year now. My problem was I wasn’t always consistent and when I wasn’t I noticed a difference. I won’t go without it again. I take it a small glass of cranberry juice and it tastes amazing. I also love that there are only two ingredients the tiger milk mushroom and the passion fruit. No other ingredients so you know you’re not taking a bunch of stuff you don’t need. I have severe COPD and am on oxygen full time when I take lignosus it starts to loosen up the mucus stuck in my lungs and I am able to get rid of it which of course helps with my ability to take more oxygen into my lungs. Taking this along with regular exercise has helped me to lower the required amount of oxygen I need from my machine. I will be taking lignosus as long as it is available. It’s amazing It’s amazing! I ordered it but have to admit that for a few day the packages were laying in my home and I wasn’t sure if I really want to try it. But I gave it a go! After 2 days my coughing and the amount of mucus became so much better. The last 30 years my friends and my family just know me caughing. I suffer from COPD I suffer from COPD and have tried various remedies to alleviate my symptoms and assist my breathing so I was a bit sceptical of trying this.
