I've been using InStrydes for several months in my running shoes (gym workouts and 4-mile exercise walks) and in my everyday casual shoes. They fit perfectly and are very durable. I liked the first pair so much that I bought another pair three months later. I can't tell the two pairs apart - both still look new and feel as they did when I got them. Wow! Excellent Innovation I give this product an B+. I am an orthotic wearer for 40 years, The price is excellent. The fit is excellent. The mesh-like material is unique but makes it hard to slip your foot in and out of your shoe.

Hands Down the Best Insoles Ever It was an easy process and the insoles fit my feet perfectly. I wear them everyday and can't imagine not wearing them. They have helped my knee pain by absorbing impact. And whenever they need it I just put them in they dishwasher. They have never lost their shape or firmness. Best foot product I’ve ever used.
