I have been actively seeking a refund due to the lack of communication and lack of any services received after signing the contract with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health in September 2022. I have not even started the so-called program yet. ( I think the staff was on vacation) I got really bad vibes' that I've been scammed. I attempted to cancel the contract due to poor communication and lack of service but my requests were ignored. I LOST NO WEIGHT with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. After I wrote an honest review of my situation on Trustpilot and Google. Dr. Arthur Turovets of NJ Diet flagged the review, threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove the reviews but also state I'll have a refund only after the reviews were removed offline. Needless to say, he had no intention of giving me a refund. It was one impossible request after another. LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES is what I get from NJ Diet/Nuvo Health.
