I've been with Kyle for a little over a… I've been with Kyle for a little over a month and I have dropped a little over 10 lb. Started building up muscles and eating. Right. Now I'm on a bi-weekly phone call, but even within that bi-weekly phone call, I at least get a text message from Kyle in between of that phone call to see how I'm doing. He's always available and always supportive when I have questions or need help to make sure that I'm doing something correctly. I can send him a short video. He'll look at it and critique it and give me his lowdown of what I need to do or have to do it or he'll send me a video of him doing the stuff. He is a very supportive coach and I know that he's like a online. You know workout coach but for me he's kind of an overall coach cuz he's there for every aspect of your life. Not just a diet and a workout but with mental health and being supportive and being you know your cheerleader. But being your you know the coach and everything. I would not go to anyone else but to him and I would not refer anyone else but only to him

Highly Recommend Plain and Simple, If you stick to the diet and workout routine given you will see results. During my time working with Kyle, he was very present and open minded. Anytime I had any questions or concerns, I received a response within a reasonable time period. He is very flexible and open minded. I brought several ideas to the table during check-ins, and he worked with me to accommodate my request and needs, whether it was concerning my diet or workouts. All in all, top notch trainer who isn't just out there for money. He genuinely cares about his clients, their well being, and goals! This definitely is not the last time I use Kyle for coaching and assistance.

Do yourself a favor, work with Kyle Kyle is fantastic. He takes a real-life and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. Seeing his own story on his journey to health and fitness is truly inspirational. Kyle is always there for you when you need support and is there with suggestions to tailor this experience to what fits your life. Whether you want to drop a few pounds or start a revolution in your health journey, he is your guy. I was skeptical about hiring a coach at first, but after being on this journey for 10 weeks now and seeing the amazing results I could not have gotten on my own, I don't know what I was thinking, putting it off as long as I did. My goal right now is to drop some weight; I am down over 15 pounds and have seen significant changes in my body shape! Once I complete this course, I may work with Kyle again to take my fitness to the next level!

Dude Kyle is awesome! Dude Kyle is awesome! What sealed the deal for me to work with him was he is living proof of his methods. The guy looks great! I travel a bunch for work and can't always get to a gym so Kyle worked around my hectic schedule and made catered workouts to the places I would travel to every week. Never have I had someone work so well with me to help achieve my goals. I started seeing progress from week 1! Thanks Kyle for all your help and being such an incredible inspiration. Will definitely be working with you again

Results are what I wanted and that is what I'm getting with Kyle I have worked with a few online trainers in the past, but Kyle is the first trainer that has connected with me, on my needs and what I’m looking for. In the past 8 weeks I have lost just over 10 pounds and he is expecting me to lose another 5 pounds and I am loving the encouragement. He is also good at adjusting my program with what my body can do. I’m not meaning he is making the program easier but just selecting other exercises that will still get me to where he knows I can be. Not to mention a great app and weekly Zoom calls have been key. He goes through my progress for the prior week and talks with me on what I can do this week, to push myself. I've even texted him throughout the week on questions and he is quick at responding. I am so glad I’ve been able to work with Kyle and excited to see what we will achieve together.
