The code has finally been cracked! Kevin's program is the best thing I've ever done for my fitness, health and appearance. After 32 years of lifting weights, running and eating what I thought were healthy foods, I never looked the way I thought I should for all the effort I was putting in to fitness. After joining the program and completing a simple questionnaire on my goals, workout routine, eating habits and supplement routine, I was told straight up what I was doing wrong and what I needed to change to accomplish my fitness goals and was put on a succinct and definitive path to do that. Within 2 weeks of starting, I began seeing differences in the mirror and began noticing changes literally daily (and still do after 6 months). The program is simple. You just have to do what Kevin tells you to do. Doing that isn't always easy, but he is there 24/7 to make adjustments along the way and ease you into both the proper eating habits and workout routine, optimizing both by timing, proper caloric intake and micronutrients to balance your hormones, which I paid no attention to in my past fitness life.
