Very Disappointed in Customer Support I have been buying your Total Care Capsules for over four years. In that time I have had two deliveries lost by the post office. The first time it happened, I was quickly sent a replacement order via over night Priority Mail. This time I was asked to wait for my order to be delivered (It has been almost two weeks since it was supposed to be delivered) or have my money refunded. Either way, I am still without the capsules. After this experience, I am unsure whether or not to continue to buy your products, no matter how good they are. I have been without any capsules since the day before my last delivery was to have been made, too. I am frustrated and angry at this point.

The product was great The product was great, but my finances at this time aren’t so I’m having to discontinue for awhile. The customer service was exceptional in regard to their response to my email and I was very impressed that the issue was promptly taken care of with no pressure to continue at a lesser price, etc., like so many companies try to do. tried >15 brands...for autoimmune, inflammatory I have tried no less than 15 brands of CBD. This is my favorite. Simply put I have an autoimmune disorder, this helps keep my my prescription strength; pain rx, sleep rx, stomach rx, steroid rx, and anxiety rx on the shelf unused. I have reduced the amount of steroidal anti-inflammatory meds as well as nsaids. I am able to jog due to the topical oil, I deal with stress and mourning the loss of my father immediately with vape oil. I keep a morning ritual with one capsule (couple capsules for a hard morning). Lastly, I keep a vape next to bed when I have trouble sleeping. I make no promises, I only report what is working for me. Never stop Rx without consulting your Dr. I hope your experience is as positive as mine! good luck :)

Quality products that help me (and are made nearby!) I've been using CBD from BioCBD+ for over a year at this point to help manage stress, pain, and the feedback loop between the two. I trust the brand, and I feel a difference when using their products (the capsules and the vape). The vape has been particularly useful as an alternative to THC vapes, while still providing some relief. Unfortunately it did not work as best as i liked and gave me headaches after using the product. My experience overall with customer service was excellent. They refunded my purchase before 30 days.
