GBWould recommend highly Would recommend highly. Have used them twice now. Email communication letting you know the status of your consult / order is top notch. It does usually take 3 full business days to get your order to the ship stage plus 2 days for shipping. I’d suggest set your expectations that it will take 1 week from submitting your request to having HCG in hand and you will not be disappointed. Besides, use that time to start on your pre-diet loading phase. Thanks!

GBI haven’t felt any difference in my… I haven’t felt any difference in my weight, the injections are not doing anything to my body to help me reduce my appetite, gain energy or help me in any way. Reducing my calorie intake will be the only reason i can see weight loss possible but not because of this injections. I wish I can get my money back.

GBI placed an order and saw it was on… I placed an order and saw it was on hold. There was no communication with me no email sent nothing. I finally reached out and the response I got was we need an alternative address before we can send this out. UMMMM were you ever going to contact me to let me know or just never send me the order? I have had issues with this company in the past and others are priced the same if not a little cheaper and the quality and customer service is so much better. This site does not even make you speak with a doctor others do as well as give you access to a nutritionist all for the same price.... this company is horrible... Buyer be warned

GBLack of information for new customers I received the package with no problem, but with no information on how to mix it. I had to call/email multiple times for assistance. Then, my mixing syringe locked (not familiar with using it....no instructions on how to use it). I had to wait for a regular mixing syringe to be mailed to me (another 3-4 days of waiting). Consider and treat ALL patrons as if they have NEVER seen the items and give "step by step" instructions. I waited a week to get started due to lack of information. Also, I had issues with the dose amount. As a result, I still have over half the bottle remaining (completely stopped using it). Wasted money! I will never purchase from Riverfront again! My personal experience!

GBWhat a joke What a joke. These people do not understand patient care whatsoever. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I have never encountered a more self-serving organization. Gladys is completely unprofessional and unfortunately seems to be the one and only representative there is. I have never received my order and rather than trying to make it right, Riverfront MD stated this would be too costly for them. They claim they will refund my money, but given their lack of response to this point, I have no expectation of ever seeing my money again. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a ton of aggravation.
