Great first time ordering This was my first time ordering from Nutrition Faktory and I've had a great experience with them. I found 2 products that I couldn't find anywhere else at the time (it was sold out everywhere) and they had both! Great prices too. They sent my order out quickly. Great experience!

Not good! I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite… I ordered 2 boxes of our favorite protein bars. They were NOT good. Weird texture and flavor. Either melted and cooled too many times or just bad batch. Reported the problem and did not get satisfactory response or I would not have given a bad review. Not ordering anything from them again unfortunately.

Customer service is very slow Customer service is very slow. After never receiving my order I had to reach out to them 3 times and finally get my refund started. I would Never do business again. It’s April 11th still waiting for my refund.

Beat expectations I had never heard of Nutrition Faktory before but they sell my pre workout,Transparent Bulk,at the same price as the manufacturer and I needed some ASAP before I went on vacation. It normally takes Transparent Labs 7-10 days with Priority Mail,but NF got it to me in 2 days. I was floored. I love to recognize great customer service when I receive it.

Josh Davis is an awesome consultant for… Josh Davis is an awesome consultant for this company. He should be the president be hey that’s just me. A lot of companies will take you around the world before they get to what you are looking for, if they ever get to what you’re looking for, but Josh was straight and to the point with no filler.
