Magu helped me work long days and be… Magu helped me work long days and be less stressed at night. I have been overall happier and less sore throughout the day. I've suffered from shoulder pain most of my adult life, and this is the first time I've been able to be pain free on the regular. I typically take it in protein powder after a workout or even just dry scoop with water on some days.

When I hear about a medicinal… When I hear about a medicinal supplement and there benefits, I always take it with a grain of salt, but with Magu it was different. I am an insomniac and have a hard time going to sleep, but with Magu I sleep easier. I'll be honest I don't know if it's placebo or if Magu has medical properties, all I know is when I stop, I lose a good nights rest.
