The shipping was from FedEx to Canada and was one day behind, but not the fault of anyone, just happens. My one only issue was I was unaware of the shipping information as it was not provided until I made contact with company, but not a huge issue. My fault was thinking a necklace was included, but again, my error for not reading correctly. However, the charm is the size as promised in the picture which I appreciate. I also appreciate there was no hidden fees at time of check out or when the pendants arrived at my doorstep. The elephant will hold my dad's ashes who passed in 2018. Unique & Beautiful Urns The urns that they offer are less traditional and more unique than what you can find anywhere else. Their prices are also very reasonable. I will be bringing the urn home until I can decide what to do with my relative's ashes and i don't believe it will be easing identified as an urn.
