Recommend clarity and focus ! I started taking the clarity and focus supplements for this past week and notice such a huge difference. It doesn’t affect me in a jittery way like others do. It gives me the energy I need to get through my work out, and I like knowing that the ingredients are clean without added fillers. Plus, flavor taste great.
