Gummies, cream, and oil... Amazing! Gummies, cream, and oil... Amazing! I have patella tendonitis, which is directly below my kneecaps. It flares up when I downhill run, and do squats. I have been rubbing the cream on and around my knees, before my workout, and after, and I have noticed a big change in the amount it flares up. The CBD cream helps to lower it and has made a huge difference in my workouts. I eat the gummies every morning and have a dose of oil before bed. I am not someone who gets sick normally, but sometimes I get a runny nose or just feel a bit off some days, especially because I am a professional nordic skiers, and train 20+ hours per week.
