GBAmazing products, stellar customer service support. Started a subscription for several products few weeks ago and am thrilled with the potency and ease taking these products! The science behind it is genius, only small amounts are required to feel benefit. I used to dread the various shakes and pills and their inconvenience. No more! I never miss a dose and feel amazing! Very knowledgeable and effective email support regarding questions and subscription. I feel very well taken care of and will continue without a doubt!🫶

GBAmazing Amazing! UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and took no responsibility for it!!!! Cymbiotika you were my savior. Thank you for all you help in sending me a replacement, when this wasn’t even your fault. Unfortunately for UPS….yeah your customer service falls so short! You can’t even speak to a live person! I’ll never use your service…because it’s absolutely horrible!

GBExcellent order follow-up Mikie was absolutely wonderful! She dry quickly found my order to see why it hadn’t shipped. She then added express shipping to be sure I will receive it asap. GBCustomer Service Response I reached out to customer service asking for help regarding a gift offer/subscription issue. I placed an order and reactivated a subscription. About 45 minutes later, I received a text wherein I could receive a free topical magnesium – if I reactivated a subscription. I reached out to see if they could somehow get this in with the one I has just reactivated. My 2 orders had already been shipped out by the time customer service got back to me, but they were able to get the issue corrected/item added on to my next subscription delivery. Not only that, they went above & beyond by gifting me an additional discount my next delivery, which really meant the world to me. I appreciated the kind words, readiness to correct the issue, and willingness to go one step further to make a customer feel supported & appreciated. Jonathan assisted me & did a fantastic job! My email was addresses in a timely manner and I am so grateful for the additional discount. Thanks Cymbiotika!!!
