Love the product but service and delivery were average. I purchased the e raw product which I like very much. The delivery, however, left a little something to be desired. I had to email the company to get a tracking number and the number provided did not work. It took a second request from the company to get the correct info. I didn't have a problem with the individual who helped me or even the fact that the 1st tracking number was wrong. I didn't understand why I had to request tracking info in the 1st place. Typically online purchases send tracking info automatically. There wasn't even a place on the site where I could get the info myself. Great product, the process needs some help though.
