Response time Here as promised edit...Product was received and even if there is issue with one of parts that warped due to welding that was delivered, customer service was very fast with their response(1-2 hours from original email) to start addressing issue. Once it was resolved may be we can think of 5 start edit.

Outrageous shipping fee’s but has been rectified I paid a shipping fee for the magic trimmer since it was going to be delivered in Canada. When UPS delivered the package, we had to pay another fee of $119.39. So in all, we paid more than half of the value of the trimmer to be shipped. Since writing this review, Grow Light Central has gotten back to us. They where not aware of UPS’s outrageous fee’s and are working on using other shipping companies. This was out of there control but they offered a credit anyways which we were happy to accept. It is nice to see a company go out of there way to rectify a problem. If only UPS could follow this principle.

Even though I won't get to use the light… Even though I won't get to use the lights, due to my living situation quickly deteriorating- the kind support I received from Anthony was deeply appreciated. I regret not being able to provide you with a product review, because I firmly believed I was making a solid, well-informed choice. I hope that the future will prove brighter and that I will someday get the chance to use your lights and fulfill that deferred dream. Thanks for the kindness, Anthony. It won't be forgotten.

I could not be happier! Shipping was fast as can be. Everything was well packaged. Absolutely nothing about my experience was bad. I even had a hiccup with the welcome code to get a little discount and was able to message someone to get it cleared up right away (within just a few minutes). I will be recommending to anyone I know that needs grow equipment to give GLC a try, and that they came through for me.
