GBGood customer service Good customer service, but the operation flow sucks for customers. you act as a processing station? You don’t hold inventory. So if I order something, it has be sent to you first from target brand, then you send direct from to customers? I ordered something on the 3rd. Still isn’t arrived. Again, customer service is great. They will tell you it’s gonna be a while. Maybe mention that before checkout.

I had to follow up at least 3 times and then decided to call. the call was what finally corrected the confusion and resulted in ordering the material. It may be helpful to describe the netting as woven. I thought it was single strands.. impressed it is woven.

GBOrdered Extreme Gardening tea brews Ordered Extreme Gardening tea brews. Upon arrival I noticed the product was past the expiration date. I contacted someone in sales and I was told to keep the product and that I would be sent a new one that was not expired. Unfortunately, I never heard back from anyone. GBA helping Hand!! On 12/1/23 my tracking stated my package was delivered, I didn’t get it! I called on Monday 1/4/23 and spoke to Justin, he said he would look into it and call me back, he did call me back right away and said it was going to be delivered on 1/4/23 and it was!!! He had just walked in the door that morning and found my package for me, he’s an angel!
