Shipping disaster Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.

I initially ordered two large stanchions and sign holders, which promptly arrived the next day and worked perfectly for my business needs. The stanchions were of great quality, so I decided to order a bunch more, this time with custom printed belts. Fabio was incredibly helpful with the process, and promptly responded to all my emails and calls. I will definitely use Crowd Control Company again!

Great products, even better customer service! I ordered a couple 55' retractable safety barriers and they shipped quick, packaged great and are high quality. Customer service definitely deserves 5 stars! When I placed my order, I accidentally selected the wrong belt color/pattern because I overlooked the wording and didn't verify it against the provided belt design chart on the website. A customer service rep reached out to me and wanted to verify if I wanted the belt design I selected or if I needed the other design with similar wording. Thank you again for catching my mistake!

Great product, great price, and fantasitic service. Before I made the order, I asked Daniela couple of questions about the compatibility of their different sizes of barricades. Daniela replied to me quickly. For some questions that she didn't have immediate answer to, she got back to me with pictures the next day. The most amazing thing was, Daniela said she would get back to me about the freight shipping information after I placed the order. The next day I didn't hear from her, I thought maybe I should reach out for the update. Before I reached out, the delivery truck was outside the door. Can't believe how efficient these guys are.
