Atomstack X30 Pro I ordered an Atomstack X30 Pro with approx. 30 W laser power on October 30, 2023. About ten days later I received the items I ordered promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately, due to a mishap on my part, a limit switch broke. I informed Atomstack of this by email and received a replacement switch without any charge about two weeks later. Email traffic with Atomstack was very good and fast. After assembling and commissioning the laser, I can give atomstack the best compliments. Everything worked perfectly and the cutting and engraving quality is optimal. So I carried out various test jobs with poplar plywood and balsa wood in various thicknesses in the best quality. I'm very satisfied.

Happy with the machine, I went back to Atomstack. I previously used the x7 pro, this was a nice upgrade, easy to put together and setup, love the size of the x40 max. So far everything exceeded my expectations!
