I started the program with Elad right… I started the program with Elad right after I gave birth. I gained so much weight during my pregnancy that I couldn’t imagine wearing my jeans again!!! Elad was so persistent with making me stick to the program, explain the reason for everything I ate and teach me healthy life style! Now only four month after , I was able to wear my jeans again and have changed completely my eating habits. I now way more aware of what I put into my body , I lost all the extra weight and I have much more energy !! Highly highly recommended !!!!
