Always pay exactly as quoted. Never an issue. Emergencies (I lost heat) they were out there that day on a Sunday.

I feel very comfortable recommending R&D to anyone. Sales Rep was honest and did a good job of educating me on my system and what to expect in terms of repairs and life span... Did not try to up sell anything, but prepared me well for what is going to be an expensive repair. Now I have a clear picture of what system I need to best cool/heat my home now that my crappy builder's grade system is on its way out. Do yourselves a favor and go with R&D... no need to shop around.

What a great company! What a great company! From the first time I called for a quote to the final installation, service was excellent. I replaced my 22 yr old York AC and heater with the Bryant 2 Stage Preferred series and WIFI thermostat. Quality of service We had R&D service our old heat/ac for over 16 years. The quality of service was excellent and the cost reasonable. When it came time to upgrade to a new system, R&D's quote was not the lowest but based on years of service and past relationships, we had them install our new heat/ac system.
