GBLucy is a great coach! Lucy is a great coach! I was a part of Lucy's programme for a year and she really understood my needs for training and helped me to improve my relationship with food. I was injured twice during this time and she adapted my programme to be able to fit what I was capable of which I was really appreciative of!

NO6 months with Lucy I worked with Lucy for 6 months, July through December. One of the main reasons I chose to work with Lucy was because of how highly she preaches food freedom, and I was at a point where I didn't see food as food, or even nutrition, I only saw calories. Working with Lucy, she helped me come to terms with my eating habits and slowly increasing my calories to a healthy level all the while teaching me about food in a more in-depth way. To put it frankly, she helped heal my relationship with food. However, the real test for me was when I had to go off on my own after those 6 months. It's one thing healing whilst somebody's holding your hand, it's an entirely different thing when they let go and you have to keep doing the work on your own. Luckily I'm happy to say that Lucy's teachings stayed with me, continuously helping me in the 3 months since. Things are obviously tougher when you're on your own, but my lessons with Lucy has left me with so many tools to successfully stay on this journey. I think that speaks volumes about her, her program, and how good she is at her job. She is just as lovely, cheerful and approachable as she seems. If you are considering Lucy, I highly recommend her. She will listen to you, she will accommodate you, and she will never judge you. Honestly, I couldn't recommend her enough if you're feeling lost or stuck.

BEI'm really glad I had Lucy as a coach I'm really glad I had Lucy as a coach! I love how open minded she is and stands for body positivity and food freedom. This make me start in the first place. I wasn't always in a good space, in the past. I feel like she really made a difference for me. Weighing everyday isn't necessary, your scale number in general is b** and you can enjoy all the foods you like without stressing; so honestly she helped me out a lot. Which i'm really grateful for. Still on a journey and still a long way to go but we're going in the right direction.

SEWould definitely recommend I did coaching with Lucy for 3 months and I absolutely loved it! I would definitely continue if it weren’t for some financial issues I have at the moment. I loved the recipes she gave me and that she was pushing me to go to the gym and holding me accountable. She listened if I wanted to change something which I valued a lot! I would definitely recommend Lucy if you are looking for an online coach.

ESSuch a great experience I've been with Lucy for 9 months and the experience has been a game changer. I didn't have the healthiest relationship with food - I ate whatever I wanted BUT I'd feel bad about it, which wasn't great for my mental health. With Lucy you can eat SO much food and really yummy things too, and that's ok! Im so relaxed with food now, so I cant thank her enough for that! On the other hand, I used to do strength training but I didnt know all the things I know now - I've learnt so much, my body has grown and Im so happy! Thanks for all again Lucy!! Xxx
