Gave me an update and said package would be here Saturday afternoon. Emailed tracking info. Very nice and courteous. Package was here Saturday afternoon, works great. Thanks Tom

CABe prepared for a very poor customer experience. I rarely write a poor review however this business and their practices and customer service are truly the worst. Please choose to give your hard earned dollars to a business that actually carries inventory; communicates with their customers, and provides support when an issue arises. @poolweb.com fails in each of these areas however the one area they are successful at is accepting your money. I strongly recommend choosing another business unless you have no other choice.
