Offer better prices upfront. After buying a 9 month supply of a product, it's not really helpful if you offer "buy another 6 month supply for 20% off". Instead, just offer better prices than competitors. Better prices would have kept me coming back for all my needs, but knowing that if I want a "better" price, I have to buy 18 months of product makes me want to go somewhere else.

Had I not reached out I wouldn’t have known anything. I just wish there was more communication with customers ( it’s only fair ) besides that my husband likes the product.

So even though a US company can ship what you order from the US and it gets away from the US jurisdiction, they cannot guarantee free entry to your country or your jurisdiction. so better to be safe than sorry all the time, you know.

Paid for 2 received 1 I ordered two bottles of SBO Probiotics supplements and paid for two bottles, but reives only ONE bottle. When emailed customer support they wrote the following: ''It would appear when the order was placed, it was for a quantity of two. You can ship one bottle back to be refunded but we are unable to do anything since the package has left the facility.'' I will not shop with SupplementWarehouse again and worn others about them also.
