Excellent but has some limitations The structure and motorized operation is almost perfect. My only frustration is the LED light. It's not bright enough and the driver looks not enough power capability. It easily reaches max power limit and turned off. I needed to replace both LED lights and 24V supply to make it work even during rainy days.

Beautiful Pergola. Great team. This was the first pergola I've ever purchased/installed. Jeff and the team at Bon Pergola were great to work with and helped me plan and prep for the install. Now, everyone who comes in my backyard immediately comments on the beauty of the pergola. Thanks team!

Shipping and Service I would say a 3 and this does not have to do with the quality of the product. This has to do with the communication of when the product was coming and also the shipping. The shipping of the product and the way it's stated online is ridiculous. It says they will deliver it and I am responsible for moving it to the location which is fine. The fact that I had to un crate it take it off the truck was no where in the instructions. Also, there was a $100 charge to get a flatbed to drop it in the driveway. I am very disappointed in the entire process. I would like someone to contact me because it was the worst experience I have ever had . Also spending $7k to have service like this was crazy I have bought plenty of things for more or less than this amount and it was 100 times better.

Nice quality product… Everything arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. Had I few issues with the instructions but figured them out with support from Bon Pergola. The quality seems to be quite good and everything works as expected. I pretty much built this by myself with an extra hand for the frame part.
