They even have “DIY” videos for just about everything pool and spa related. I have but only one regret.....I only found you within the last 6 months. I’m not shopping anywhere else now. GBDefective pump Edit I received a replacement pump and it works great. I didn't have to return the defective pump. 4 stars as the whole process took 3 weeks. Ordered a new pump and it was defective. I requested for a return and refund twice within the 30 days. I still not received any email about returning for 10 days.

GBMy pool pump motor failed and I called… My pool pump motor failed and I called to ensure that I purchased the correct replacement 220v motor. I verified the serial and model numbers with a Inyo Pools representative and the representative checked availability. The replacement was shipped that day and arrived promptly. Included in the delivery were cam seal replacement and other seals, this was not discussed nor was there an additional charge. In addition, I was sent a link fully explaining the steps to complete the motor swap. Such superior customer service.

GBOne part I received was not able to fit… One part I received was not able to fit pool pump. The EXPLODED diagram for my Hayward spx2700 series pump shows the correct part but you listed the wrong filter different from view so I got a part that I will be returning with RMA so iam out the shipping and lost pool time. The motor I got is fine and works as expected.

GBAwful customer service I ordered motor and cancelled within a few hours - they replied saying it was too late. Comically they forgot that the UPS tracking includes shipping time. UPS showed that they shipped it a few hours after that email - meaning they knowingly shipped something i cancelled. Hoping that i wouldn't return...customer service rep John S was rude - typical garbage company
