Steer clear Used them for about 6 months. Never went a month with continuous service. Twice the provider didn't do the job. I made them aware. They did nothing.The second time I refused to pay and removed my credit card. Im not interested in paying for services not rendered. Now im getting emails threatening collections. I have plenty of documentation, so I am not concerned. But I would suggest others seek services elsewhere.

The mower scalps the grass Grass is scalped by the scythe. Regarding cleanup, he performed inadequately. Furthermore, upon terminating the service, I am promptly billed $30.00 for an unnecessary charge. They are free to retain the $30. Perhaps these negative evaluations will put them out of business eventually.

I was scheduled and rescheduled by… I was scheduled and rescheduled by other companies for a lot higher price and then I found One Neighbor!!! They came out when they said they would and my lawn looks absolutely amazing! The crew was professional and so nice - Thank You One Neighbor❤️ 10 stars in my book!!!

My credit card charges/prices went up… My credit card charges/prices went up with out notice and no consent sought whether or not acceptable to customers. Very bad service- several times they left wide tracks or uncut grass. No way to reach anybody. The emails are auto generated and sent out late and no one monitors for responses. I don't recommend.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed… Unfortunately we were very disappointed with their services. We tried them 3-4 times and they roll over everything while mowing, tear up water cans, rain gutter extensions, don't clean up after themselves, never smile. Big or small, not happy with their services. We chose to cancel the services (very hard to hear the people on the phone) and noone asked why or apologized for our experiences with their services. I could have given them many referrals but based on the people they sent to our home, I can not comfortably recommend them.
