The main issue is thet they arent quite consistant in their product qualitiy. Quite often, I've recieved products that are mediocre at best. Other than that, their online store is quite conveninet and user friendly. A good variety of medicne is available so its eazy to find evertying you need. In terms of customer servive, they actually provide quite good customer servives and the staff is quite friendly. All in all, Physicias Choice is almost good.

I purchased Physician Choice Collagen… I purchased Physician Choice Collagen powder through Amazon. They advertised a promo for a water bottle with proof of purchase with Amazon. I tried several times and customer service said that I was not entitled. They kept avoiding my messages and were rude. Horrible customer service!!!!

You will have to decide for yourself if worth the cost! They are selling vitamin supplements to people who may not otherwise consider buying them. Their products seem to be of good quality as they print ingredients on the back of very pretty colored labels, that help to catch one's eye. Have not finished taking products that I purchased, I feel though that they are overpriced.
