They have a decent selection of teas, herbs, and smoe neat health and wellness products, and their prices are reasonable. The customer service was almost good. They gave me all the information I needed about my order. I received my package in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing to write home about, but it did hvae everything I ordered. No bad surprises. I'm not overly excited about Samsara herbs, but I would recommend them if someone asked, they cover thier basics.

We really wanted the product We really wanted the product, monolaurin, but it was out of stock 😟. Their website gave the option to be notified about when it was available again - wasn't sure about that. I have dine that sort of thing before on another website and never received a notification even when the product came back into stock. But they did! I ordered it and it came very quickly - best service ever! I will probably be ordering it directly from them from now on. Thanks Samsara!

I have called and e-mail customer service several times I have called and e-mail customer service regarding an order not being sent to the address. I tried to contact them the second the order went thru and several times over the course of the following week. This was around 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. Good customer service is the only meter by which I will turn into a recurring customer. Unfortunately, this can't be the case for Samsara Herbs.
