SAThis test wasn't accurate for me Following from the response from Vivoo I will always consider a blood test to be more reliable. I won't be buying this product again. This test wasn't accurate for me. It stated low sodium. I actually did a blood test on the same day and it showed sodium levels were in the high end of normal range. My hydration is low but I drink 3 liters of water daily. How reliable are the other results?

GBI absolutely adore (adore!) keeping… I absolutely adore (adore!) keeping track of my Vitamin C intake! It's a bit pricey, but it's so much simpler than constantly referring to color charts and jotting things down in a notebook. By the way, could you kindly include potassium as well? That would be fantastic!

GBThe analysis provided me with good… The analysis provided me with good insights into my diet. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in longevity and biohacking. If you have a poor diet, it might be discouring for some. My scores were generally positive since I have a balanced diet due to my special condition. If you're not eating healthy or don't have plans to eat better, I'd suggest starting from there, then using tools like this to measure your progress.

I use oara ring, Fitbit watches and track my vital from many sources, but nothing provides the info vivo has. Only I resend instead of reminding me to use the sticks they always send me promotions, please change this.

GBI feel more empowered since I started… I feel more empowered since I started to use these tests. I don’t know if they work but it helped me to up my Vitamin C intake and start to eat better. I realized that I sleep much better since I started to count nutrients rather than calories. I’m cutting one star as my sodium tests didn't give a reading.
