I love Ova Moon I love Ova Moon. It is such a great all-in-one women’s menstrual balancing supplement. Ariel & Dana have done an amazing job on the formulation of this product & I feel it’s very accessible & great place for anyone to start that wants to balance their menstrual cycle. It’s easy to use, just 3 capsules a day! After just a month of taking it, I had little to no PMS symptoms. I would’ve have even know I would’ve started bleeding if it weren’t for calendar tracking. I feel confident & nourished taking Ova Moon.
