Package did not arrive UPDATE- Well the package finally arrived and the part works great. The VP of Vance did contact me back and offer to help should the package be missing for ten days which I appreciated. Revising review accordingly. Paid for expedited delivery on 12/2. As of today 12/5. Was never delivered. Need another sent. USPS tracking has no updates on status or expected date. Want another part overnighted through a private service like UPS.

American customer service! Nothing like working with an American based business! I made an online order for the wrong size bolts so I called to cancel it. They were very responsive and even though the shipping label had already been printed they were able to cancel it with no charge.

Great jackplate, and customer service I've had my 5" jackplate installed for about 4 years now. Works great, haven't had any issues. 16' jonboat, 20 hp mercury prop. Couldn't remember the hp rating of my jackplate. Want to upgrade to a 25 hp jet. Emailed the company and got a response the same day! Continued our email conversation on Sunday! What company corresponds on a Sunday? Very helpful, and much appreciated!

Jack plate for me jet outboard Very happy with the jack plate. I was looking for a very minimal setback but need the adjustability for my jet outboard. I can raise it up when I am running a very shallow rocky bottom river or lower is a bit if I decide to take the boat on a choppy water lake to avoid air cavitation in the jet pump.

Everything was great except the picture… Everything was great except the picture of the motor flush I ordered didn't match what I received. The picture showed water being feed to both sides and the one I received only feed one side. I already owned one like that, but not worth my time to try and return.
