I spoke with a customer service representative named Nicole and she assured me that the situation would be corrected. It never was and she refused any further contact with me. 0/10 will tell anyone I know to never use you services.

A staff member actually helped me decide not to get an item, after he explained what the item I was looking at did in detail. I am sooo happy with my new tools & will definitely be going to Fasterenes on Power Inn again.

I purchased some very good quality carriage bolts and matching nuts… I purchased some very good quality hot-dipped galvanized bolts and matching nuts. As stated, they were very good quality - ie, did not have gobs of zinc making them unusable - and the price was totally fair, beating out the local big-box home centers by a huge margin, even with shipping included. I will be ordering these again as they are part of a consumable blade/scraper system that grinds off the retaining bolts as the blade wears.
