Filter was damaged and the plastic on… Filter was damaged and the plastic on the end was broken off. Still managed to get it inserted but disappointing receiving damaged goods. Was extremely impressed with his support group explained to them the damage told him that it was still usable. However, they decided to send me a new one anyway this is going above and beyond as far as I’m concerned and greatly appreciated.

Wrong size water filter sent! I ordered a refrigerator water filter for my Whirlpool fridge. I gave you the model number of my fridge & was sent the filter that should have fit. It was the wrong size filter so I ended up ordering a Tier 1 filter from Discount Filters, like the one that is in the fridge. That is what I should have done to start with!!

I ordered two refrigerator water filters. One of them came in a reasonable time, w/i 8 days of ordering. The second has not been shipped.
