GBLove your product!!! Love your product!!!! I have a special need child. She’s 33 years old. Always had a with her bowel movement. We tried all types of things. GBI paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t… I paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t arrived…,I would have given you zero if I could… please advise … I’ve lived in Hawaii for 40 years.. I’ve not ever been charged… $75 in shipping… fit that fee… it should been here overnight and you guys shipped it today… USPS… it’s coming from Kansas… I live in Hawaii… I won’t see it for weeks… what kind of customer service is this?

GBThe water tastes great, some improvements needed… The water tastes great especially for living in Florida. There are a couple things I don’t love about this machine that the company could improve on. There should be a status light after the two steps. After magnetizing it should stay on letting you know the machine has not completed the full cycle. Right now the machine shuts off and you get busy and forget about it then a family member comes along and thinks the water is ready when it has not been hydronnated. When the day gets busy it’s very easy to forget what you have clicked or haven’t clicked on the machine since cycles can take anywhere from 8-13 minutes.

GBWould buy again At times I drink a lot of water. When on a water binge I consume numerous 32 oz glasses of ice water. Can't say there's a big difference until an electrical outtage a few weeks ago. I was stuck with simple tap water. Couldn't wait to get my usual water back. Wish I could describe in more detail. I'm diabetic & purchased in hopes to maintain hydration. I drink & enjoy a lot more water than before but can't swear this is why. I would buy it again because I believe it has been an asset one way or another.

GBAmazing Company, Amazing people, Amazing Customer Service. I ordered this product direct with the company. My son has some skin issues from an auto immune disease. Piurify answered all my questions, kept an open line of communication with me and offered me solutions and suggestions. They have been beyond amazing. They made me feel that our son’s health and our happiness with their product was of the utmost importance. If you are considering getting a hydrogen water bottle or pitcher…don’t bother with any other company. Piurify has the best customer service and stands by their products!!
