GBI received my new CT2050 everything… I received my new CT2050 everything work except the ACTIG feature which is why I bought this machine. I contacted Yeswelder for help. Raymond immediately responded and instructed me how to forward a video of the problem. Within a matter a of a few days the problem was resolved and I now have a properly operating CT2050. I would like to thank Ray and the Yeswelder team.

GBFirst class customer service Love this plasma cutter. I did have an issue with the blowback start. Contacted Yeswelder’s customer support. A tech by the name of Raymond had me troubleshoot a few things with a multimeter and ultimately ended up sending me a brand new unit. I could not be happier with their customer service.

GBI had an issue with a Firstess CT 2050… I had an issue with a Firstess CT 2050 so I contacted yes welder support. Their support rep Raymond responded within 24 hrs. everytime I responded. After going back and forth an various occasions he helped me resolve my issue I had. I'm very appreciative for their customer service. I highly recommend their product. They have great warranty and customer support service.
