Website made misleading statements re: inventory and shipping. I overpaid as a result. Website said all units where in stock and would ship within 14 days from Canada location. However, there was no units in stock and units where drop shipped from manufacture. I PAID an extra $50 per unit ($250/total) from other quoted distributors due to the fact that your website posted inventory and shipping claims as stated. Very misleading and I lost money using this company.

I received my order and it was perfect I received my order and it was perfect. The salesperson I dealt with knew exactly what I needed for my older model air purifier. It was so easy. I recommend the customer service and products highly.

although one of our two units does not… although one of our two units does not work as well as the other, we are quite happy with the expedient shipping. I find there is not a noticeable way to find whether the unit is actually doing the job called for.
