Very poor service Very poor service! They didn't say what day or time they was coming round like they emailed to say they would. So obviously I missed them . But I only missed them by 13 minutes and they couldn't be bothered to come back that day . Either way they didn't tell me when they was coming. And when I called to politely tell them what has happened there was no apology. Canceled the order will not go to them again. So sad as how Cole it is. They then replied to me lieing saying they didn't say they would contact me even tho they emailed me saying that . And they did NOT wait 15 mins at all! I text them 13 minutes after and they had already left, there reply is all lies

As a new customer I can highly recommend these guys As a new customer I bought them a problem: how to connect my new French-made gas burner bbq to a std UK patio gas bottle. This wasn’t easy to solve and they spend plenty of time on working through the various options with me to find one that worked. Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful, and I also had excellent customer service from 2 other guys there that I also spoke with. Highly recommend.

Excellent service This is the first time I have used Bristol Gas and I must say the experience was brilliant. It was so easy to order my Patio Gas on line, I was sent an email confirming the order then an email telling me when the gas will be delivered and their delivery guidelines regarding my empty gas bottle that was being exchanged. As it happens I was here when the driver arrived and he was so friendly asking where did I want the new bottle. I will definitely use them again.
