GBUnorganized and unprofessional Unorganized and unprofessional. We reserved a dumpster for an event and scheduled a pickup on the phone with a customer service representative. The company then left the dumpster on our property for a month and a half after the event and charged us for the time it was there. They state their policy is that pickups need to be scheduled (we did that, it was scheduled for a week after the event) and that they don't pick up their dumpsters automatically (but they did just that a month and a half after the event). Even though they admitted it was a mistake on their part, we were still stuck with the bill. Avoid them at all costs. They don't know how to manage their business.
