Lousy and Unfair Customer Returns Process! Lousy customer returns process. The on/off button on our newly purchased Envi heater remained depressed and permanently stuck in the ON position. I contacted eHeat using their web form to no avail, so I finally called. The rep wanted me to return the heater before they would send a replacement. When I protested that this would mean our room woutd be heat-less until we rec'd a replacement heater - because of a FLAW IN THE PRODUCT, he offered to ship the replacement after we showed proof of mailing the malfunctioning product. That still means days of being heat-less (in the TV room where we installed the Envi) until we receive the replacement. That seems really UNFAIR for something that isn't our fault but the result of a MALFUNCTION IN THE ENVI PRODUCT.

Just purchased our second Envi heater Just purchased our second Envi heater. The far bedrooms in our 2-story, single HVAC zoned-home get very cool in the winter. Even at a very low setting, the Envi is easily able to keep the chill out of the room, which allows us to keep the heating system at a lower setting overall. The second unit will replace a conventional oil-filled radiator that we currently use in the Master Bedroom. The Envi is easy to install (plug-in version), makes no noise, is energy efficient, and works really well! The build quality is excellent. This product is highly recommended!

The Envi heater is amazing! The Envi heater is an amazing product. Very simple to install, operate and the customer service is outstanding. We recently did a laundry and mudroom addition, about 200 square feet, where getting our existing hydronic baseboard heating into was not an option. After doing a lot of research on electric heating options I choose the 120v Envi hardwired unit and it is outstanding. Produces more heat than we need and is super quiet and does not take up really any space on the wall. Super easy to install and looks really nice as well. The one thing I would recommend is getting a thermostat. There is one on the unit but it simply controls the heaters output meaning the unit is on all the time. With the thermostat you can set the heaters output and then have it only come on when needed. This is a really great product, very happy!

Still Waiting For My Heater I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.

It provides close comfort since I mounted it within 2 feet of the toilet, but other than that it's impossible to tell it's doing anything if you are further than 3 feet away from the unit
