Don't know how it would do with my frig in a power outage. It charges very quickly. However, I do have some suggestions. Make the display brighter and/or tiltable. It is hard to read on ground level and outdoors. Make the travel case with an additional zippered front panel that provides access to the front of the unit. The sides can be mesh for airflow. This way it won't need to lifted out of the case. Provide an option to buy it with the car jumper cable and offer a 10' extension cable. Put information on how to use this output in the manual. There is none at this time. I would buy another one that is even smaller capacity provided it was significantly lighter. Weight is a necessary evil inherent with battery capacity.

horrendous experience Hello, I want to express my extreme disappointment and anger regarding my experience with your store. It has been utterly atrocious, characterized by appalling service and unprofessional behavior. I placed an order on your website a last month , and it still hasn't been delivered, with no explanation or notification of delay provided. I am left baffled as to whether this is incompetence on your part or just sheer negligence. Attempts to contact customer service have been futile, with no response or useful information regarding the status of my order. This gross neglect and disregard for your customers clearly show that you do not care about customer satisfaction or your reputation. Frankly, there is no reason for me to ever deal with your store again after this horrendous experience. I will share my experience with everyone I know and strongly urge them to avoid doing business with you. I hope you realize the damage you've caused to your reputation and work on improving your service if you hope to stay in this industry.

No response to warranty The unit was having issues after a couple months. I tried to get it fixed under the warranty but got no response. This is a while back.

Invaluable tool for Camping and Survival. After reading product specifications on numerous brands this one stood out. After my first purchase I realized this product was worth more than the asking price. I quickly purchased another larger unit. This company seems to have covered all areas that the product may be used in.

Well..I never received the item.
