GBIt's extremely flawed technology. It's extremely flawed technology. It throws different errors in all of my cars. 2018 Porsche Macan - Errors out of almost all apps. Load times are several minutes for a Netflix file to run. I got 1 Netflix file to successfully run. All other Netflix attempts error out. The Directv Now app errors out and won't allow a login.Aftermarket Alpine deck - Netflix works but Youtube errors out. When the car is turned off and back on, it reverts back to the home screen so I have to click back into my app (and wait a very long time for it to load) Then I have to find my file and click back into it (more load times). The Directv now app errors out and won't allow a login.2021 Mercedes RV chassis (the real reason I bought this) - Doesn't recognize the box at all. No lights go on when the box is plugged in. Other Android devices successfully access Android Auto immediately. Although I have a very strong wifi signal and have tried 5 separate wifi sources (Cox cable, T Mobile Home wifi, Porsche on-board wifi, T Mobile cell hotspot (2 different phones)), load times are in the minute range, not the second range. Netflix has added ads on screen which can't be clicked off or removed. Youtube won't let me add my account. When I try to add it, it says my account is already added yet it doesn't appear nor can I access it. The Directv now app errors out and won't allow a login across all vehicles.I called tech support but it goes straight to voice mail. I left a voice mail and no one called me back. I'm sure I'm missing something but this is most of it. It's a great idea but nowhere near ready to be used or sold publicly.

GBI would give it a zero review if… I would give it a zero review if available. First it worked well in 2021, and I recommended this company to many people. Now, and for many months, the service is VERY Very bad. Always freezes and never worked good. When you call customer service they try to convince you that the problem is yours and that your internet company is not working good, despite explaining to them that the internet is fast and that you have three other systems that work very well with no problem. Everyday, You spend hours with them on the phone with unexperienced customer service representative who knows nothing. So frustrated. You lose your time with them. I believe that they were told to hide the real issue (weak system). Finally, I spoke to someone named Peter, who claimed that he is a technician, and he admitted that the problem is theirs. He explained that the issue will be resolved soon and that the reason for the freezing of the system was due to a technical issue related to the connection between the company and Optimum. I think this also was not a true explanation of the problem and that MagicTVBox does not have a strong system to cover all of its customer To date this problem is not resolved and I have no way of entertainment. Live channels, saved movies, and saved series, they are all freezing. I am in process to cancel this service and find another one. Stay away from this company!!

GBAmazing customer service and technical support I am just impressed by their customer service and technical support. We ordered it on thursday and was surprised to receive it the very next day on Friday. It wasn't until Sunday evening when I decided to install it. I though they will be closed for sure but I called anyways around 8 pm. They were open and quickly transferred me to technical support, the whole team is very courteous and knowledgeable, they helped me install it in 10 minutes and about 1 hour later I was already in love. With their video on demand everything from old black and white movies and plays to the tv series or mosalsalat. I love it. Thank you Magic tv box for an amazing product and service.

GBDon't pay this company for a service use in advance When it's time for renewal they keep.asking to.pay one the service for the whole year and they offer two free months , I called them.after 5 months to disconnect the service and asked to refund me the remaining balance since I'm going to use there services anymore they refused and gave me a really hard time And until now I didn't get my refund ,they told me we will keep.as a credit but you won,t get a refund Same thing happens to my cousin I'm writing this review to warn you to never pay them in advance
