Customer support doesn’t respond to emails. The phone number post on their web site gives a busy signal and hangs up. Didn’t get any response to texts as well. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RICHS BOAT PARTS.

When ordering from "Richboatparts.com" i received order confimation and tracking, the tracking number was for someone elses package with shipping oridin of CA and "Richboatparts.com" is "located"in FL. Our credit card charge origin is out of singaphore. The entire thing is a sam. please take this site down
