Great groom and help with anxious dog Very pleased and relieved our v nervous dog has struggled to get overgrown paw pad hair and nails done previously, causing problems with walking and costing extra to go to the vet for them to help cutting nails. Recommended here as someone training in behaviourist techniques, and first time ever no issues and lovely groom. V grateful x

Excellent service Excellent service, staff very kind and caring. My only concern is that the price is going to increase by £6 per dog next time, and I have two.! Excessive rise I think, as a pensioner I will have to look for cheaper grooming, which will be a shame.

Monty the St Bernard This was Monty’s first time at the groomers and being a ten months large dog at 70kg Emma was wonderful with him Monty came out smelling great and looking very fluffy thank you Emma

Not Satisfied I have previously used groom room but this time I was not satisfied with service. My dog was nervous this time so did cause issues for staff but previous staff had no problems. They did not seem experienced with large dogs. I requested shedding but it did not look as though this had been done as she was still heavily shedding hair. Previously her coat has been wonderful, soft and shiny but not this time. I've had better results when I've washed her myself.
