No more tossing and turning So far the sleepless nights have become less and less, that is as long as i plan taking my melatonin 30 min before bedtime. This doesn't give me any groggy feeling the next day or strange dreams. I usually only take one gummy because I am pretty sensitive to the melatonin. Overall great taste and will be buying this again if they keep up! Pleased!
