10/10 need more i purchased the pink fluffy cuffs and pillow talk wand. The ordering process was normal and easy, as well as tracking and everything came in reasonable timing. Products are good quality and the pillow talk wand is worth the price, my new favorite toy and I would recommend.

I never received my package I never received my package. Wrote a few emails and got told that once it was handed to the USPS it was not their responsibility. Everyone just washed their hands of it and I literally got robbed. I lost all of my money and no options given just dissmissed. I actually had such a different perception of this store but have never received such shibad service. So dissatisfied! And it wasn't a cheap order. If I could give negative stars I would.
