Second firepit, just as brilliant as the first! This is the second time we have ordered from Firepits UK and we could not be more pleased. The item arrived just a few days after having placed the order and was exactly as described. I had emailed asking for an estimate on delivery as we were so excited to use it and their communication was very efficient, receiving a response the same day.

The perfect 50th birthday present for Dad! Fiftieth birthdays can be bittersweet and father’s are known as difficult to buy for. Firepits UK came recommended by other family members so we knew we were in good hands from the moment we started looking at their website (and asking some pretty dumb questions). They answered patiently and quickly, and made it clear that they were there to help. After settling on a design (the box D with swing arms) and agreeing the wording of the plaque, we made our order (plus lid) and in no time at all, it arrived! Delivered so smoothly by the nicest delivery driver. We are not lucky enough to live somewhere warm so this was bought more as an outside heater but it has already been used twice to cook supper and it was brilliant. Easy to light, easy to keep alight and a whizz to cook on. Really, the perfect 50th birthday present for a much loved Dad!

Special Birthday present I was looking for a fire pit for my sister’s birthday and was attracted by Firepit’s product range which is hand crafted in Monmouthshire. The website made ordering easy and the whole ordering / delivery process was excellent. The product is beautifully crafted and I’m sure my sister will love it.

Good customer service Sought advice on what to buy, got advice, bought stuff, stuff arrived, burning a storm outside now. For those wondering the related size lids do cover both the belly firepit, as well as the optional grill attachment if turned over. This isn’t clear on the website.
