Special Birthday present I was looking for a fire pit for my sister’s birthday and was attracted by Firepit’s product range which is hand crafted in Monmouthshire. What excellent & expedient service We bought a plain jane firepit from a retailer but wanted to use charcoal occasionally on it. The retailer told us it would be best to contact the company direct. My wife phoned them up and explained we wanted a charcoal grate to fit in the bottom of the firepit so we could use charcoal. The plain jane firepit doesn't normally have a charcoal grate but they spoke to the blacksmith who manufactured one specifically. There communication is excellent & the quality of their product is excellent. Expedient manufacture to delivery. Well done firepits UK what a refreshing change it is to deal with a great company. As an engineer myself I was impressed with the high quality of the metal working & welding - great stuff thankyou. We will definitely be purchasing some more products from you.
