Best (and individualized!) whey protein recovery product on the market! I've tried a lot of different whey protein based recovery drinks since whey has the most bioavailable protein, but each one never seemed to mix well and I was left with GI discomfort. Pwure mixes easily and is digested easily, which is exactly what I need to recovery from hard training and high weekly mileage.
