GBBoth Elvin (sp) and Judy made the… Both Elvin (sp) and Judy made the second effort to get our order out as soon as possible. I received a call back from Elvin when he was out of the office. He initiated the order, however, "technology" required him to hand off the order to Judy. She gave me a call back within minutes and finished up on the order. All of this was done at around 5 my time, which is West Coast, and I expect close to 8 Gate Crafters time. That's what I would refer to as great customer service! I would hire both of these employees away from you .......... if I weren't retired.
