They resent my order, were very attentive with communicating how they were fixing the issue, and followed through to make sure I received the resent item! I would absolutely order from them again and am appreciative for the great customer service while resolving the shipping issue!

I have a new shopping home. I bought a leather motorcycle vest from DSM and the experience was everything you'd want it to be: easy! When the vest got here it was exactly as described on the website and the size chart was spot on. Then I realized that I should have a set of vest extenders. I didn't search the internet, I just went straight back to DSM and today they were delivered. I found a new shopping home.
