GBGreat customer service I've updated my review to 5 stars... my original order was never received, however Daniel Smart Manufacturing's customer service is fantastic! They resent my order, were very attentive with communicating how they were fixing the issue, and followed through to make sure I received the resent item! I would absolutely order from them again and am appreciative for the great customer service while resolving the shipping issue!

GBOrdered wrong size Ordered wrong size. The attempt to exchange was less than desired. To exchange at my expense wasn't what I considered reasonable. I had faith when purchasing and paying in advance and waiting for shipment, yet I couldn't get the same courtesy by having a replacement sent with an opportunity to send the smaller size jacket back by return by repackaging provided when new jacket was received. It's a trust in your customer for me. Maybe I'm wrong, but I chose to just try and sell the jacket and consider it a bad decision buying from you in the first place. You should trust your paying in advance customers better than you do.
