I really like my new whiskey glass I really like my new whiskey glass. I choose the black version of the whiskey glass and the Crystal tumbler. I haven't really tasted my whiskey in a while but this cup changed that. The make is very interesting and unique. I love the quality of both cups. Top notch!

Total ordering/billing problem My first order of three glasses was delivered promptly. My second order of ONE more glass was all screwed up. I received TWO one glass shipments being charged different price for each. The automated reporting system is not user friendly. No return policy given.

Bought two of the Norlan Whiskey… Bought two of the Norlan Whiskey Glasses and two of the Raik Heavy Tumblers. The tumblers were fantastic. Feels like a real glass with some character to it as well. Impressed with the quality. The other two, not so much. Smaller than I expected (read the specs before purchasing) and the quality of the one glass sent was sub par. Top of the glass wasn’t level and had some unevenness to the drinking edge. I got in touch with Norlan and asked for a refund for the two and they promptly provided return authorization number and instructions to send it back. Good experience overall.
